Young Play Leaders' Training
On Tuesday this week, Mrs Marvin and a group of volunteer pupils from Classes 5 and 6 spent the day undergoing Play Leader Training. Mr Tatterson, a PE teacher and Primary School link teacher from Tuxford Academy, spent the day looking at leadership skills with the group and provided training on activities which are great for getting lots of people involved in active play. Our new Play Leaders will be leading an assembly next week to explain their new role. Most importantly, they will be sharing their skills and activities each day – and anyone can join in!
