World Book Day 2025
What an amazing day we had! The children and staff arrived at school dressed as a character from a book; there was a fabulous range of different costumes worn. Also, children were invited to decorate a potato as a book character. Again, there was an impressive selection of potato creations that were showcased in our assembly. After much deliberation, three winners were chosen across the school.
Throughout the day, each class enjoyed different activities based upon a book, which they shared in our special whole school assembly. As part of the day’s activities, children from the younger classes enjoyed reading with children from older classes.
