Miss Baker studied Primary Education with QTS at Bishop Grosseteste University in Lincoln. Before joining Muskham Primary School, she taught at a school in Cambridgeshire, across the Key Stage 2 age range. Miss Baker is passionate that all children feel happy and valued in a safe environment that develops their growth mind-set. She strives to develop children's resilience and encourages them to become reflective individuals in a range of scenarios, whilst supporting them in achieving their full potential.
