Mrs Ellison has a Law Degree from the University of Leicester and trained to teach at Bishop Grosseteste University. Before joining the Muskham team, Mrs Ellison taught locally, across the Key Stage 2 age- range. She describes herself as having high expectations of all pupils and enjoys challenging them safely to move out of their learning comfort zone. She holds the National Professional Qualification for Middle Leadership, a national postgraduate qualification for the leadership of high performing teams and improving classroom practice at whole-school level.
