Mrs Hough has a degree in Education Studies with Psychology and Counselling from Sheffield Hallam University. She previously worked as an SEN Support Assistant at a secondary school and a Family Support Worker at an Autism charity. Mrs Hough trained to teach at Nottingham Trent University. She believes that all students should be given the opportunity to thrive and achieve their full potential.
