Mrs Palmer has a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Lincoln and trained to teach at Bishop Grosseteste University.  Before joining the Muskham team, Mrs Palmer taught in Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire, across Key Stages 1 and 2. She has had various roles in previous schools, including leading English, Maths and SENDCo.  She holds The National Award for Special Educational Needs Co-ordination, which is a national postgraduate qualification from Nottingham Trent University. Mrs Palmer believes that all children should be encouraged, supported and challenged to reach their full potential, whilst developing confidence in all aspects of school life.
