Miss
Emma Bentley
Miss Bentley has a degree in Dance Studies from Liverpool John Moores University and trained to teach at Bishop Grosseteste University.  With experience across key stage two, Miss Bentley has also completed the "Outstanding Teaching Programme" and describes herself as an enthusiastic, committed and encouraging teacher.  Miss Bentley teaches Year 4 and co-ordinates Expressive Arts across school, which includes Art & Design, Dance and Music.

Nicola Bradley
Mrs Bradley is Senior Teacher for Foundation Stage with responsibility for Vulnerable Pupils (Special Needs, Pupil Premium and those experiencing difficult circumstances) across the whole school. She is also the Deputy Safeguarding Officer.  She has a degree in Teaching from La Sainte Union College of Higher Education, Southampton and taught Nursery, Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 in schools in Peterborough for sixteen years before joining Muskham Primary in 2015.  Mrs Bradley describes herself as "passionate about education" and believes that every child should feel that they have achieved and that they are important individuals.

Sarah Clarke
Mrs Clarke started her primary teaching career at Muskham in 2014 having trained to teach at Bishop Grosseteste University.  Prior to primary teaching, Mrs Clarke was a Museum Educator and was a qualified English Language teacher working in Germany and Japan.  She has a degree in Community Art from Roehampton University and a Masters in Heritage Management from Nottingham Trent University.  Mrs Clarke shares the teaching of Year 3 and co-ordinates Humanities (History, Geography and French) across school. 
Mrs Amanda Crossland Mrs Crossland is Headteacher and  Designated Safeguarding Officer.  She has a Teaching degree from Leeds University with a specialism in English.  Before coming to Muskham in 2014, she taught for 21 years across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 at a number of schools in Nottinghamshire.  She worked for 18 years as a mathematics leader and is  currently working as a Minster Leader of Education, sharing her expertise in mathematics and her knowledge of teaching and learning with the wider professional community.  Mrs Crossland firmly believes that "all children deserve the very best education and all children can succeed."

Goodwin

Mrs Goodwin shares in the teaching of Class 2 and is also cover teacher for many classes across school.  She took a degree in Fine Art from Manchester before completing post-graduate teacher training at Brighton.  Mrs Goodwin has a vast range of teaching experiences, having taught pre-school, primary and secondary in a range of schools, and having also worked as a Behaviour Advisor for Nottinghamshire County Council.  Mrs Goodwin organises our school's Community Council, where pupils manage their fundraising for the school and for charity.

Katie Marvin

Mrs Marvin has a degree in Mathematics and Technology from Hull University and trained to teach at Bishop Grosseteste University.  She first taught at Muskham in 1999 as an NQT and returned a year later after teaching at Wellow Preparatory School.  Mrs Marvin taught full time before having her children and is an experienced teacher of all ages across the primary age range.  She is our Year 2 teacher, P.E. & School Sports Co-ordinator, manager of Extra-Curricular Provision and designated Looked-After Children's Lead for pupils in public care.

Douglas Potter
Mr Potter has a degree in Ancient History and Archaeology from the University of Reading.  Having previously worked as an instructor for the Children's and Adolescent Mental Health Service, he trained to teach at the University of Brighton before teaching across Key Stage 2 in Lincolnshire.  Mr Potter has also completed the "Outstanding Teaching Programme" and is a qualified Forest Schools Leader specialising in outdoor education.  He teaches Year 5 and co-ordinates Science and Technologies as well as Educational Visits across school.

Laura Saxelby
Miss Saxelby is Senior Teacher with responsibility for leading English across the school.  She teaches Year 6.  She has a Law Degree from the University of Leicester and trained to teach at Bishop Grosseteste University.  Before joining the Muskham team Miss Saxelby taught locally, across the Key Stage 2 age range.  She describes herself as having high expectations of all pupils and enjoys challenging them safely to move out of their learning comfort zone.  She holds the National Professional Qualification for Middle Leadership, a national postgraduate qualification for the leadership of high performing teams and improving classroom practice at whole-school level.

Kavita Tansley
Mrs Tansley is the Assistant Headteacher and teaches Year 1. She is the Mathematics Leader and  co-ordinates the Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural aspects of our curriculum including Religious Education, PSHE (Personal, Social, Health and Economic) as well as assemblies. Mrs Tansley has a degree in Applied Chemistry from Brunel University and prior to training as a teacher worked as a Research Scientist.  She has taught at Muskham since 2006 and has worked as a County Moderator for Foundation Stage assessments.  Mrs Tansley has completed the "Outstanding Teaching Programme" as well as the national postgraduate "Leading from the Middle" course for leading innovation and change in primary schools.  Mrs Tansley is the staff representative on the Muskham Events Group (MEG), who carry out fundraising events for the benefit of the school community.

Lindley

Mr Lindley is our Sports Coach and teaches 1 hour of sport to Classes 1 to 6 each week as well as running lunchtime "Sports for all" clubs, our Football Teams and after school Multi-sports clubs.  Mr Lindley has a National Diploma in Sports Science, a Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning, and is a Football Association Level 2 Coach.
